This fragrance might not be for everybody but those appreciate a warm rich oriental masculine scent- you will love this! Daring in the sense that it is not your everyday freshie or for that matter normal soapy or iris scent, outgoing is a more apt probably than daring.The top notes of rum and insence-smokey wood gives it a real attractive masculine vib The base notes of leather and benzion makes this fragrance majestic. The booze is not the typical rum, not single malt either, I think its more in the general smell of cognac. All fragrances come with their own line of grooming products such as aftershaves and shower gels for men. Performance is not what i expected as of now, but i will let it macerate a bit and see whats going on.

As I somewhat agree with the statement that this fragrance is rather for men than for “boys” and I get where this is coming from. An AMBER-Spicy beauty, it has a thick, resinous and incense-y amber with a sweet RUM-benzoin note in the air. The versatility is the downside, because there’s not many situations where I get to wear it, mostly chilly nights and definitely not any closed spaces. I see some people enjoying it, but please don't wear it on an airplane as it will suffocate the victim on your side. I've worn it multiple times over the winter despite my doubts (I was kinda forcing it, refusing to accept my "defeat".

When it dries the amber becomes more prominent and has a much more subtle smokiness, and in my experience it becomes a little like a sweet tobacco, like a cigar almost. It contains notes of violet leaf, mandarin orange, lavender, immortelle, geranium, iris, patchouli, papyrus and vetiver. Now I bought it, some kind of fresh water, not long lasting at all, and the aroma is completely different. Very little else in terms of other notes, limited projection, and this batch at least is unbelievably far from what I was expecting.

It resembles Amber Malaki in the opening, but then it gets rich and heavy on spices, which might be a tad sharp for some. And projection and longiventy is up to most designer brands 2-4 hours (maybe a little less) So do not expact a beastmode fragance! Modern releases, unlike the old ones, have become heavily diluted, weak, and the smell itself has also changed for the worse.I totally agree with everyone who says that this fragrance is definitely worthy and it's very affordable. It’s unlike anything out there, and impressive to just inhale such a powerful unique and in some ways beautiful concoction. the first time I put it on was before bedtime and I remember I said what a mistake, It's unwearable. In conclusion, my fellow devotees of fragrance, Bentley for Men Intense is a symphony of elegance and distinction, an aroma that commands reverence and admiration.
