We had such a great camping holiday in the Berghaus Air 8 tent and can’t for our next family camping adventures! But there is an awful lot to plan and consider when you’re heading off with young explorers, especially compared with a couples or solo camping trip. Although with his paddle board I found a volume pump much more useful and then finish the high pressure with the hand pump (air beams probably have much less volume though). We are looking at a second hand air 8 which won’t have the nightfall bedrooms so I’m keen to know if we’ll be really missing out without them!The bed spaces are comfortable and spacious, also the living area has loads of room for some chairs and a small table. There is a zipped access point on both sides of the tent for an electrical hook up and the central beam is fitted with velcro cable routing to keep wires tidy and out of the way. We had a double bed in one bedroom and kid’s camping bunk beds in the other, which was a great space saver.
