There is also a third Utility, the Gas Company, situated between Chance and Vermont Avenue/Pentonville. We cannot tell if Hasbro intentionally made Monopoly: The Mega Edition into a two-stage game, but this dice literally completely changes the play of the game. Essentially, this can allow a player to nab 2 properties in one turn and chances are they will be in the same colour group. Players can even add skyscrapers to their streets to make the rents skyrocket, and if you build depots on your railway stations, you get double rent! If a player lands on this space while the bank still owns any properties, that player chooses one of the available properties to be auctioned off between the players (in similar fashion to regular property auctions).

As well as the community chest and chance cards there is now a bus ticket card allowing you to move around the board avoiding certain properties held by other players and not having to pay "rent" to them. Each color-group now contains an additional property, as does the group of Utilities (with the Gas Company). having the third dice makes it a much faster game with more options, the additional number of properties to purchase and now not just houses and hotels but skyscrapers as well to build your property empire, and a new 1000 monopoly pound note to add to the initial capital sum really adds a new level to the game.Everything is done very professionally with this company and always lets you know every step of the process.
