Graco’s Nautilus Elite car seat offers value for money if you’re going to use it as a group 2/3 seat with the occasional need for a group 1 car seat. I recently applied to test one of Graco's new 3-in-1 Nautilus car seats and was over the moon to be selected as one of the 25 mummy-blogger reviewers.So comfortable for my little girl, suitable from birth to 12y, adjusts for when your child is asleep. My daughter is 9 and still uses this seat she is small for her age hence the reason for getting this seat. The better your problem and question is described, the easier it is for other Graco owners to provide you with a good answer. It improves on the original Nautilus model with, amongst other things, additional padding and an adjustable width headrest. Very good of Graco to consider the little extras like cup holder and storage, it makes a child feel the car journey isn't just the strapped in and stuck position, it becomes an entertainment centre too in a way. The headrest and seat are deeply padded which is ideal for the younger end of the age range and there is a reassuring mechanism for making sure the seatbelt is securely fitted. I bought this car seat for my 14month old as she had outgrown her previous Group 1 car seat due to her height.I would recommend putting the seat behind the driver though, so the cup holder is by the door - because when Hannah is in her seat behind the driver and to the right of the cup holder she can reach her sister’s drink, causing numerous sibling squabbles. This product is also harder to move from car to car thanks to the heavier and wider size and the hook-style LATCH anchors that are harder to use in general. Puneet: The adjustable headrest has five different height positions and it is quite easy to manoeuvre with just one hand. For older children, such as our seven-year-old, Helen, the seat converts into a high-back booster seat using the car’s safety belt to keep child and seat in place.

Unlike most 1/2/3 car seats the Nautilus Elite does not have an ISOFIX fitting, what do you think of that? The innovative swing sold millions and was responsible for putting Graco on the map in the baby gear world. As you'd expect from a company as serious and trusted as Graco, this is a high quality piece of safety equipment, offering side impact protection and a lock-off mechanism.This conversion can reduce the weight of the booster for travel, but we feel keeping the back potentially increase safety.
