I have won several tournaments on the Navy bases and local golf club tournaments in San Diego, Ca and many other places. I’ve had a chance to play Indi wedges for awhile – check my review for the Stingray TT Wedge – so I’ve got a true apples to apples comparison here. Indi Golf places the CG a little higher in the Stingray TT to flight the ball slightly lower with more spin.

I initially saw these wedges on the Golfholics YouTube channel when Mike and Marko played some shots with them during their round.

My current wedges are all head heavy, the stingray tt almost feels like there's heft in the head all the way to the hands. During their internal testing, Indi Golf says that these Traction Grooves can provide up to 25% more spin versus competitor’s wedges. The topline is a bit bigger on the Stingray as well, but I prefer a slightly thicker top line and the larger face. It’s USGA-approved yet “spins 25 percent more than competitor wedges,” says Rob Lang, the company’s general manager. Took me a while to get used to this wedge due to insane amount of spin it generates compared to my Glide 2.
