The DCW180 is simple to use with an on/off button and temperature selection panel to select seven different temperatures from -18 degrees (your home freezer temperature), +5 degrees (your home fridge temperature) and +60 degrees (the hygiene standard for warming foods before eating). There is a compressor and a refrigerant circuit (using low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerant R1234.

The cooling space is accessed via a top lid with a separate top lid to access the battery compartment.
