About this deal

Another absolutely fantastic series, lags a little in the beginning but every arc is so exciting and the powers of the demons are insane, it felt like there were real stakes throughout the entire series and I got so emotionally invested in it. if it were possible) since the aspects I disliked outweight the good stuff, and some of the greatest aspects became negative at some point in the story.

The ending was bittersweet and although it was hard to say goodbye to some of the characters Gotouge did manage to give us closure. it demands you keep on reading and the action and fight scenes are good and well-drawn (though, on a couple of occasions perhaps too short? If you've missed the hype surrounding this series (one of the highest revenue properties on the planet over the past couple years), let me fill you in a bit.

That being said as strong as the Kizuki were, the characters fates seemed realistic, though heartbreaking. I really enjoy how they implement some Japanese culture/history bits in the manga with the traditional kimono, and stories about the samurai and stuff. Koyoharu Gotouge is the pen name of the author best known for the manga series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Though of course, it can be enjoyed by any age, I wouldn't recommend it for younger children as there is a lot of violence and death that they might find disturbing. The sale of customised goods or perishable goods, sealed audio or video recordings, or software, which has been opened. I'm extremely excited to see the rest of the story animated (at the time of me writing this, Season 3 is coming out soon, which means this review is very long overdue but I only recently discovered that you can rate manga via Goodreads so here we are). The artwork, storytelling, light-hearted moments, sad moments, I haven’t had this much emotion reading something and all I can say is Gotouge did an amazing job with this world and story.Which makes it all the more renching when they are (almost) inevitably wrenched from you all too soon in an emotionally charged demise. still, despite all of the things i could nitpick about how i personally felt about the pacing by the end i had either teared up or cried multiple times soooooo shonen remains undefeated from laying me out emotionally, i guess. Every fight (and I must make clear that fights are never my favorite part of any manga) seemed to follow the same structure, with Tanjiro shedding tears while we got a glance of the demon's backstory.
