Uninstall and reinstall the Brother driver to set up the wireless (Wi-Fi) network connection again. This device does not support a 5GHz SSID/ESSIDso you must select a 2.4 GHz SSID/ESSID. Make sure the access point/router is set to 2.4 GHz or2.4 GHz / 5 GHz mixed mode.

If your issue is not solved, the SSID ornetwork settings you entered may be incorrect.
