About this deal

Cassandra is a whoressassin—deadly courtesan—fighting to find peace from the voices in her mind, willing to take on the most impossible contract if it gives her the answers she seeks. Her opponents are thieves and assassins and warriors from across the empire, each sponsored by a member of the king’s council. If she beats her opponents in a series of eliminations, she’ll serve the kingdom for three years and then be granted her freedom. When I first began writing the book, the Fool had exactly one sentence in the outline. But as he came more and more into the story, whether I wanted him there or not, it affected the plot and got woven through it until he was one of the major characters. He became a driving force that complicated the plot, had his own agenda,” she says. “He’s the wild card.” Whether you’re looking for assassin names for female assassins, or names for male assassins, I’ve done my best to cover the bases here.

The second was her relationship with Sam. Critics describe her as treating him terribly, saying that if the genders had been reversed, readers would have decried their relationship as toxic.Kalam Mekhar, big and bearlike, yet effortless in his movements. A deadly assassin of the Seven Cities, the best of the Claw before a deadly fallout. When their lives crash together in a Kingdom on the brink of war, the decisions they make will change both their lives and their Kingdom forever. Ryshad had no choice but to kill his long-time friend and ally Aiten. Aiten's mind had been corrupted by the mysterious Elietimm and he was a danger to himself and a deadly threat to others. But that is no consolation to the grieving Ryshad and certainly will be of no help when he tries to ex [...] On the other hand, other critics said that the book featured too many classic fantasy story elements. While fans praised this, saying everything they loved was in the story, these readers felt that it either made the story feel cliché or underdeveloped. In terms of the latter, this was because critics thought the story couldn’t give each element enough attention.

Einarinn's greatest warrior, the swordsman Ryshad, has sworn to protect his lord, Messire D'Olbriot, even if it means watching his love, the beautiful thief Livak, embark on a dangerous quest to find the lost aetheric magic on her own. But shadow and intrigue lie over the land, and a jour [...] Artemis Entreri, Drizzt Do’Urden’s foil, sociopath and cold-blood assassin is truly a thrilling character to read! A quiet child, Moriko is forced into a monastic system she despises. Torn from her family and the forest she grew up in, she must fight to learn the skills she’ll need to survive her tutelage under the realm’s most dangerous assassin. Immersive and engaging, this novel’s fans raved about the fascinating concept of warrior nuns and the story’s gripping school setting. The premise is that the Hunter has fallen into something of a self-serving rut. He started as an assassin with the idea of hunting down the scum of the city and getting paid for it. Certainly, he gets paid to kill some truly reprehensible people and we begin with him killing a bunch of slavers. However, he has drifted from his original motives as he now mostly kills for coin and to satisfy his magic dagger. A accident with the local Thieves Guild, the Bloody Hand, results in him getting hired to kill the one truly good man in the city and this sets him on a path of unwelcome soul searching.

They mentioned that all the familiar adolescent coming of age elements they loved featured in the story. The girls experience friendship, betrayal, bitter competition and more. Moreover, despite a large cast of characters, they said that the girls and women that made it up felt three-dimensional. When allies become enemies, to whom can a clever thief turn? Armed with one of seven Ancient Blades, Malden was chosen by Fate to act as savior… and failed dismally. And now there is no stopping the barbarian hordes from invading and pillaging the kingdom of Skrae. Suddenly friends and for [...] In terms of the action, readers described the book as filled with suspenseful fight scenes and magic. The plot itself also had twists and mystery, both of which kept fans eager to read on. Ankarette Tryneowy is the Queen’s Poisoner, assassin who wields the art of poison-crafting better than any man can swing a blade.

Other readers said that they were captivated by the story itself from the start. In particular, they said that the personal journeys that the main characters went through fascinated them, and seeing them learn and grow was a treat. There’s also something appealing to me about assassins with names with one or two syllables in them. Second on our list of fantasy books with assassins is Mistborn. Brandon Sanderson has a reputation for unique magic systems, and this story features just that. The refreshing system of Allomancy delighted fans, many of whom praised how thoroughly it was developed. Nightfall is a man of many talents: thief, magic wielder, swordsman, adventurer, assassin. If you’re doing the prior and figure out a really good name and are willing to share it, please do in the comments below! So if readers didn’t enjoy Red Sister, what did they say? Well, these readers remarked that Red Sister was a coming of age story set in a training and school setting.
