The cot was easy to put together but you do need someone to help you, although this is only down to the size and weight of the cot as you assemble it.It's a bit of a faf to change the highs but once you do it's for a good few months anyway so not much of an issue. The cot however seems to be where this set is let down, I think the mattress should have a lower option to set the mattress level as my little one is almost escaping already and the wooden panel that runs around the top has been chewed by my constantly teething baby shark, which has peeled off the wood effect.
